After selecting the primary reference photo, I'll provide a preliminary sketch for your review, allowing for suggestions or changes. Please note, significant alterations beyond this stage may incur additional costs. UPON COMPLETION THE TOTAL COST FOR THIS PAINTING IS $600.00

Upon sketch approval, painting commences. I'll keep you updated with periodic progress reports and share an image of the completed work before shipping. Upon completion of the painting an invoice will be emailed with payment due upon receipt via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, checks, or cash. For check or cash payments, shipment occurs upon receipt of final payment.

Artworks are meticulously packaged in acid-free materials and insured for purchase value. Shipping is free and a tracking number will be provided once painting has been mailed.

Using high-quality, professional-grade materials is a priority. Optionally, your artwork can be sealed, mounted on a panel, and framed in an open black frame for an extra fee. Conventional framing isn't offered due to shipping concerns.

While I retain copyright of the original painting, your privacy is paramount. I may use images for promotional purposes, safeguarding your identity and personal information. Reproduction of the artwork requires written permission, and a digital copy of your portrait is kept on file for potential future purchases.
