Do you offer framing services?
No, but most of my paintings come mounted onto a birchwood panel, sealed with a UV protectant, and floating within an open black or white frame, ready to hang.

To care for your watercolor painting, keep it out of direct sunlight, avoid high-humidity areas, and handle it with clean hands.

How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping price is calculated based on weight. For Orders $100 and above shipping is Free.
How Long Before I Receive My Painting?
Shipping times range from 3-5 business days. Once a package is sent, shipping time is out of my control. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for originals is free within the continental United States.
Can I ship to CANADA / INTERNATIONAL / APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.
What is your policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds?
I will provide a no-charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. I may request to have the order returned and will provide a return shipping label. I do not provide a refund based on customer preference. I will provide a refund or a no-charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact me.
Can I cancel my order?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Processing a refund is within 24 hours.

What do I need to bring to a workshop?
Bring your enthusiasm! All necessary materials will be listed on a specified materials list and will be mailed out to participants at the time of signup.

Do you offer virtual workshops?
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual workshops. Virtual workshops are conducted via Zoom, and you will receive a link after registration.
How many participants are in each workshop?
To ensure a personalized experience, each workshop is limited to 10 participants.

Can I schedule a private workshop?
Yes, private workshops can be scheduled for individuals or small groups. Please contact me directly to discuss your needs and schedule a private session.
What is your cancellation policy for workshops?
If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will not be refunded.
Do you offer workshops for children?
Yes, I offer special workshops designed for children. These are indicated on the "Workshops" page. Children’s workshops are fun, engaging, and tailored to their learning pace.

How can I commission a custom painting?

I accept commissions for a variety of subjects including pets, landscapes, people, and special memories. Feel free to share your ideas!
What is the process for commissioning a painting?
Once you contact me with your idea, we will discuss the details such as size, subject, and style. After agreeing on the specifics, I will provide you with a quote and timeline.
How long does it take to complete a commissioned piece?
The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece, but it typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. However, I will work with you if you have a rush job.
What are the payment terms for a commissioned painting?
A 50% deposit is required to start the commission, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment can be made through my website.
Can I make changes to the commission once you’ve started?
Minor adjustments can be made during the process. However, major changes may incur additional costs and affect the timeline.
What if I’m not satisfied with the finished piece?
I strive to ensure my clients are happy with their commissioned pieces. I will provide updates and seek your approval at key stages to avoid any dissatisfaction. Before your final payment, you will have the option to purchase or decline the finished painting. Deposits are forfeited if the painting is not accepted at the time of completion.
Do you offer framing for commissioned artworks? No, most paintings are mounted onto a birchwood panel, sealed with a UV protectant, and framed in a floating frame in either black or white. If a standard mat and frame is desired, I will ship the matting flat so framing can be obtained from an outside framer.
How will the finished artwork be delivered? The finished artwork can be shipped to you or picked up from my studio by appointment. Shipping is FREE on commissioned work.
Can I gift a commissioned painting to someone else?
Absolutely! Commissioned paintings make unique and personal gifts. Just let me know if the piece is a gift, and we can discuss any special arrangements.
